1. All subscriptions include basic malware monitoring, monthly plugin updates, and daily backups via hosting.
2. Subscriptions are billed and charged monthly on the credit or debit card on file.
3. Subscriptions are for a minimum of 6 months.  Any subscriptions cancelled before 6 months will be charged for the outstanding period.
4. Subscriptions have to use Bright Designs Hosting which is supplied by WP-Engine, one of the best WordPress hosting options available.
5. Clients are able to post and edit blog entries and complete basic edits to the website.  Any challenges caused by client edits, can be resolved by Bright Designs at a fee of $45 per hour.
6. Any major design changes, have to be completed by Bright Designs developers and will be charged for based on an agreed amount by the client at a rate of $45 per hour.
